NonProfit Capacity Building Program

HRBNA overarching goal is to build organizational capacity and leadership development within local nonprofits. The numbers show that more and more nonprofit organizations are being created in Virginia, so there is an enormous need for structure and guidance within these organizations so that they can be effective within the populations they serve.

Requirements for Admission:

• $50 total cost per Nonprofit

• Able to start the Hybrid program Thursday, September 14th, 2023

• Able to attend (4) in-person sessions and (6) virtual sessions

• Able to attend sessions every week (actual day may vary, you will receive a schedule)

• Nonprofits with business addresses within the Western Tidewater Area

• Entrance is granted to (1) managing representatives from each non-profit

• Nonprofits must be actively registered with the Federal & State government

• Nonprofits must establish a board membership of (4) persons minimum upon completion of the program, non-family members.
